Master Valentin’s Youth Challenge is this weekend. This is a children/teen only tournament. Any student interested in going should see Master Duethorn.
We are starting our tournament season. Please ask us if you need more information about competing or how the tournaments work. Tournaments are a great opportunity to test your physical and mental skills. You always leave, win or lose, with new friends and a new set of goals.
Black Belt Club Classes
Please note a change in Wednesday night schedule: Due to the snow storm last week, we want to make up our street clothes class this week. Wednesday at 6:20.

Friday: 6:15 Forms Review
Saturday 11:00 Competition Style forms training and sparring. You do not have to be competing to take this class. It will make your forms and sparring better!
