Our martial arts system teaches Korean Tang Soo Do as our base system. We are proud members of the United States Goodwill Tang Soo Do Association and World Dang Soo Do Union. This ancient art has a long history and is most well known for a practitioner you may have heard of- Chuck Norris! Our program integrates a unique fusion of karate, judo, aikido, kickboxing, Philippine Kali and Brazilian Jiu Jutsu to make a practical and efficient means to defend yourself in most any situation.
